Biography



Birth to Discovery
On January 18th, 1971, a star was born. Little did his parents know, this small child would grow to be one of the biggest rock influences in history.

*Now that we got the cheesy intro done with, lets begin*

Jonathan learned to play the drums when he was five. He got his first set from his grandmother. Being as his father owned a music store, Jonathan learned how to play many instruments, two of these being clarinet and piano.

Let's skip up to high school. (I know I skipped a huge chunk of his life. I don't like writing about it.) Jonathan was listening to Duran Duran. About this, he says:

"I was into Bauhaus, Ministry,Depeche Mode, the Thompson twins. Dude, I was a New Romantic! I was a sissy-la la. They even took me to the gay (students)counselor just because I wore makeup..."

When he was 15, he bought his first Motley Crue album. The second week he had it, his dad burned it.

Skipping some more stuff, Jon was discovered by Head and Munky during a Sex Art show. And so KoRn began...

KoRn officially became KoRn in '93. Their self-titled debut was a sucess, as was Life is Peacy. Because I'm lazy, I'm not gonna write too much about that, except Mr. Davis was drinking a lot.

Anyway, let's skip up too the Follow the Leader era. Jon is sporting a new look. Their video for "Got the Life" is on TRL. Jon starts growing the funky moustache.

Now we're in Issues. Jon's forehead is really big, as is his ego. He is sporting yet another new look, this one including a lot of leather. He divorces his wife. And so it goes...

I know it sucks, but who cares? We can all already recite his life story. I'm just too lazy to write it down. We'll work on it.
